“On Becoming Fearless” by Arianna Huffington
MotherTalk is thrilled to announce our blog tour for Arianna Huffington’s On Becoming Fearless. And remember — all of you fearless bloggers out there who want to share your stories of becoming empowered are enthusiastically invited to do so for our Fearless Friday event next Friday, April 27th!
April 20: Amy at MojoMom writes about On Becoming Fearless and her experience talking with Arianna for the upcoming MojoMom Podcast on the book. Devra and Aviva at Parentopia outline their six degrees of fearless separation and preview a bit of what’s coming up for them on next week’s Fearless Friday.
April 23: Jen at MUBAR learns a trick or two about fearlessness, and while Suburban Turmoil thinks fearlessness is absolutely important for women, she submits that a little fear might be a good thing (especially in your 20s).
April 24: Kristen at The Mom Trap writes about “putting the ‘F’ in ‘Fear’ since before I care to remember,” and over at Just Another Ink-Stained Wretch, Barbara finds the book less a how-to about fearlessness than an example of what happens when fearlessness is possible.
April 25: Over at All & Sundry, Linda fearlessly discusses some of the topics raised in the book, and at Pundit Mom, Joanne reflects on fearlessness and empowerment and shares Arianna’s response to some of the questions Joanne had the opportunity to ask her.
April 26: Today, Whitney at Rookie Moms relates to much of the book and throws in a nice photo of Jude Law to boot.
FEARLESS FRIDAY! April 27: Miriam at MomsRising posts about “what life looks like when we meet fear where it is, toss it to the wind, and figure out what the hell we want in life and how to get it.” Amy at MojoMom shares her podcast interview with Arianna. And bloggers throughout the parenting blogscape join in posting stories of fearlessness as part of our Fearless Friday Meme.
